Absolute Disgrace

Absolute Disgrace. Used Just Eat for this company. Ordered online. Paid through PayPal. Card charged. No order. Then try to get through to "Live Chat" only to be told by a damn ROBOT "I can only help with orders in the last 24 hours" Had that been some people I know they would have used that last bit of money and have had to starve that night thank to just eat taking money for something they're not providing. Utter Disgrace. And can you contact them ? Don't even try. Which ones the thief ?
