Purchased a new car and opted in for paint protection with Supagard. Car arrived and has been treated inside and out. Car looks fantastic and with reasurance that the aftercare service is brilliant as is the lifetime warranty while you own the car gives you peace of mind,aftercare kit provided also. Fantastic customer service in this day and age. Cannot praise them enough. Thankyou.

Bought a new Nissan juke n-power decided to use supagard as recommended by the dealer.
A lot of money for nothing only a few bottles of cleaner and the triggers have broken on those.
The interior did smell as if it had something applied,as for the paintwork?
No beading after a wash or rain only in a few patches factory marks in crayon still on the door pillars.A drying cloth dragged on the paintwork after a wash and did not glide as a polished protected car should.
After quite a few years of maintaining an expensive fleet of cars it is quite plain to see it was less than a half hearted attempt to do a job properly that a customer has paid a lot of cash for.
The only reason I have given two stars is the bird poo/bug remover and glass cleaner in the so called kit is a good product just a shame all else is worthless!!!!!
I decided to have supagard applied as I have arthritis and thought it would make life a little easier. So I have since had to purchase another product a simple spray and wipe protectant that has given me a clean and shiny car that I had to do myself but does not give a lasting protection that I originally paid for.
A very disappointed customer.

I had Supagard applied when I bought the car but following an accident I couldn’t find the certificate. Martin at Supagard was very helpful both in getting a duplicate and providing a repair pack to the body shop. A great product and great service.

I recently had Supagard protection applied to my car, and overall, I’m very happy with both the product and the customer service. The external finish looks fantastic, and I feel confident the paint is well-protected from the elements. While a bird dropping left some marks, the team promptly addressed my concerns. After exchanging a few emails, they arranged for a professional valeter to visit my home and reapply the coating, all handled smoothly and efficiently. Supagard isn’t the cheapest option, but the quality and support definitely make it worth considering. Would highly recommend, but make sure to stay on top of maintenance and clarify all details upfront. Four stars!

We had had a variety of problems with our new car with the dealership not applying the supagard correctly, 3 times to be precise. I called Supagard because the product comes with a warranty. Have spoken to amazing 2 people in Scotland who have superb customer service. Very quickly resolved sent out this specialist detailer called John from London, John is an amazing individual, amazing customer care and John really takes pride in making sure the Supagard is applied correctly, everything is explained panel by panel, (he also loves Cappuccinos Lol) I hope John gets reignition as he deserves a massive well-done amazing work, the product is brilliant and the customer service team are awesome as well. John just made everything better couldn't be happier.
Don't get done by dealerships get John.

The test of a product with a warranty is how the company respond when you seek to make a possible claim. At the end of the day if a bird poops on your car you can only clean it off as soon as you can.
It left marks on the car but as the valeted who came to house explained the Supagard product protected the paint and a new coating on f Supagard need to be applied. It was a simple exchange of emails with the company and they came to the house to do the work.

I spoke to Martin McCue to request advice regarding the Supaguard application on my new vehicle, which had been re-applied twice by the garage I purchased the vehicle from, because it was holding water and not beading as detailed in the product literature. Martin arranged for an independent Valet Company to visit my home to check the application and re-apply if necessary. The Valet completed the work quickly & efficiently and now my car has never looked so good! I can not emphasise how impressed I am with Martin and the Supagard Customer service! The product if applied correctly is highly recommended. Thank you so very much Martin.

Recently I have had Supagard paint and internal protection system applied to my new car. I am so pleased with the vastly improved external finish. I have now purchased Supagard Paintseal liquid wax and applied it to my car, and the finish now is like glass, and I am very confident the paint is well protected from the elements.
Supagard isn't cheap, but I think it's worth it. I had it on my previous car, and the shine was still there when I part exchanged it in for my new one, and I think it helps with the resale value. You do need to maintain your car with periodic washing though.
The only thing I would suggest would be to negotiate on the price if you are considering having your vehicle protected with Supagard, and I will again, five stars...

The garage had failed to register our Supagard cover for our car - although we had paid for it we didn't realise until we had a problem. Recently, I purchased a car from a dealership. As a gesture of goodwill for the poor experience, they offered to throw in Supagard protection for the exterior and interior, including leather seats.
Following some comments from the sales rep, I began to doubt whether anything was applied. This was settled once the dealership agreed to register my lifetime guarantee with Supagard. Throughout this stressful period, I sought advice from Supagard over a couple of weeks. I found all the advisors generally helpful but my recent conversation with Martin McCue was an exceptional customer experience.
Recently, I was fortunate to have my call answered by him. During this prolonged phone conversation ( 30 mins plus!!), I raised countless concerns and asked many questions. I was so impressed by his patience & wealth of knowledge of the products. He even went out of his way to write me a detailed email recommending how to look after my vehicle and advice on using aftercare products.
Martin's expertise and passion are a credit to Supagard.

Paid to have my car treated inside and out by the dealer, prior to collection.
12 months later some bird lime caused a little issue.
The company dealt with the situation in a stress free manor that totally exceeded my expectations.

We have been a customer of Supagard for over ten years, we have always been impressed with the product range, and customer service. We didn't believe that this could be improved on, until now. We are now on our fifth car that has been professionally Supagarded but this last time the car did not look right. We contacted Martin at Supagard and explained the problem, after speaking with his directors, Martin contacted one of the Supagard sub contractors to sort our problem out.The contractor, PAV (prestige auto valeting) arrived and Vito the owner of the business started to completely re supagard our car inside and out, it took him seven and a half hours before he was satisfied with the final result. Our car looked as though it had come straight out of the new car showroom(it’s 4 years old).
We were absolutely delighted with the superb results and telephoned Martin at Supagard to tell him and to thank everyone for this brilliant customer support, thank you once again to Supagard.

I had a tin of Supagard Alloy Wheel Cleaner, I used it on my alloy wheels and ended up with patchy blotches on the rims, but not on the central part of the wheel, it was in fact corrosive to the aluminium. I feel the description is misleading and should in fact be called "coated alloy wheel cleaner.
