Bought a used Audi from FJ Chalkes in Yeovil, paid for the supagard internal and external coatings to safeguard my pricey purchase, on collection i was sceptical it was done, well this is where Supagard are excellent, went on the website to voice my concerns and since then they have cared for me, the head office had my local south west agent Rob call me within 48 hrs to again re assure me that the car will be corrected and then on Saturday the local operative Lou spent most of the day prepping the car for this for its coating which i have seen here is mostly the reason for people giving a low rating....its all about getting the paintwork ready before applying. Well by the end of the day my Audi looks like new, very happy indeed.
I purchased this service from Cargiant (NW10 6RS) as an add upon buying a car (Dec 2023). From my understanding this is basically a type of ceramic coating variant that gives that extra barrier protection for your car paint.
Upon collection of the car, there was swirles on the paint work and Matt discolouration at multiple areas of the car. I don’t think the car was prepped accordingly before the coating was applied. The car should have been paint corrected (polished) properly, before the coating is applied. There are lots of guides online on how to apply this type of coatings. I wonder if they actually have professional detailer working in their workshop.
To cut the long story short, I feel that I’ve been given exaggerated claims of what the results of getting a Supagard coating done. “It’s going to look just like new” the sales man said. They even have a car bonnet that had the protection applied inside the sales area.
I’m writing this review, because I want to warn people who wants to get this product in car dealerships like Cargiant to think twice on purchasing a Supagard coating for £500. This deal also included a coating for the interior as well. It’s probably best to just get in done by a third party professional detailing company.
At this present moment, I’m trying to resolve the issue with Cargiant who applied this Supagard coating. But if they don’t provide a satisfactory solution. I will write to the UK trading standards regarding my experience of this Supagard product, on how I’ve been Mislead of buying.
Contacted Pete Beck about having 2 repaired doors re supaguarded and a problem with dit spots which I thought was under the supaguard and white dust on the seats.
Pete arranged for Phil and is son to come and apply supaguard to the doors and check my other concerns. Phil came out on Sunday morning with his son checked my car and it was covered it tiny spots all my car,and the dust was from the seats not being cleaned properly.
Phil.and his son spent over 3 hours removing all the spots and cleaning my sears. The then applied the supaguard too the whole car and not just the 2 doors. Just like to thank Pete and Phil for the excellent service from.start to finish.
Just sorry couldn't give more than 5 stars for the service I have received from.start to finish.

Absolutely excellent customer service from Martin and his colleagues. Our garage had failed to register our Supagard cover for our new car - although we had paid for it - and we didn't realise until we had a problem. But Martin sorted everything out for us quickly and without any fuss. We are really impressed with the Supagard service! Highly recommended. And thank you.
I have had my MAZDA for seventeen years and have used SUPAGARD for its entire life, it's a great product for inside and out. The customer services team and especially Martin have been very helpful when I had a problem with my Cabrio Fabric soft top, always polite and knowledgeable. I Thoroughly recommend their products, also when I ordered some products from the website they were delivered the next day.
I bought a new Mercedes 2 years ago and got my car the supagard treatment and is the best thing I’ve ever done to my car. I was driving down a country road that was very narrow and full of brambles which was rubbing against the car so when I stopped and took a look at the sides of the car it had a scratch on each side. 1side was from the back wing to the front door and the other side was just the drivers door I was so angry with myself for going down that road. I thought it was going to cost me an arm and a leg to put right
But I took it to Supagard for them to have a look at it to see if they could help me. When I got to their office a very nice guy called Martin came out to have a look and told me it was just a line in the coating
And no damage to the paint work he went back into the office and came back with a kit and got on his knees and started to buff out the marks he was going to do the whole car for me but I told him if he could give me some of the product he was using I’d do the rest myself and he said he’d do the lot for me no problem but I said I’d like to do it myself he told me he would give me some of the product to help so off he went and when he came back he had a bag of goodies he said would do the job ( free of charge )
He was amazing with dealing with my problem and I’ll be back to get every car I buy the treatment they do. So many thanks Martin for being such a ambassador for your company your amazing.

Hello Supagard team, This is to message you about my recent supagard service. I bought a car from X dealer along with full deep interior, exterior supagard service and delivered to me. Next day, i tested by dropping a water on my seat and found out that it wasn’t. Total disappointment for me.

I had Supagard put on my car when I bought it new in September and been washing it with the shampoo that came with it and everything was fine , until the other day a bird left a present on the bonnet , I washed it off within an hour but unfortunately it had left blemishes in the paint work .
I e mailed Martin at Supagard with my details and within 1 hour he had sent an apology e mail and asked for photos and car details etc. which I did
Martin then sent me a e mail saying he will be sending me a kit out to sort out my problem.
The kit which consisted of 2 tubes a) wipe away b) paint seal did the job perfect, my bonnet looks as good as the rest of the car I 100% satisfied with the Supagard products and the service and information from Martin was brilliant and has made me put faith in the product and recommend it to my colleagues and friends 👍😊

Depending on who performs the Supergard service. I strongly advise against the intermediation of the Cargiant dealer - they did Supergard very badly, a lot of stains, Supergard made on dirty skin, et cetera, et cetera ...
Pete is absolutely fantastic and nothing is ever too much for him. Professional throughout and went above and beyond to get my car re-sprayed.

A bogus company, does not explain anything, and insurance is sold by the dealers giving you great hopes.
I put a claim about bird poo lime fading the colour of my car.
I was honest two say " I am sorry, I was away on Holiday for a week."
My claim was declined on two bases:
1. I should have put my claim in within 5
working days
2. I should have cleaned my car within 48
hours.
No sympathy, no mitigating circumstances taken in to consideration.
Such rogue products are always sold by motor companies, promising you the Sun and the moon.
When you put a claim in with full honesty, they decline the claim, making any excuse.
Such, super duper products are always sold to to you by car companies.
Be alert when you see Supagard.
The insurance was sold to me by the car dealer as the best insurance one can have. Supaguard will come and put your car back in pristine condition.
Nobody explains the condition I e must clean the car within 48 hours and must put the claim in within 5 days.
Previous to this incident, I had another Nissan and once again Bird poo had defaced my car, I was very upset and had asked supguard for help. The reply was " nothing can be done for Bird Lime done". Now you contact me sending your email address, where were you when I had problem in 2019 regarding my new Qashqai, where I was told nothing much can be done about Bird Lim Then in August 2022 with my X Trail where I did not was the car in two days and , I should have claimed within five working days, so one cannot have a weeks Holiday to abide by your rules. Rules that were never explained to me and nor even a courtesy email to say thank you for purchasing our product since 2019 to 2022.
If Supgard is genuine then, they should return both premiums I paid for Qashqai in 2019 and X Trail in 2020.

I am writing just to let you know that the work on the vehicle RY68 FVG (Nissan Juke) has been completed - very much to my satisfaction.
The paintwork operation was completed by Thursday 23rd February, having been left with Thames Valley Repairs (TVR) on Monday 20th February 2023. I was informed that the vehicle should be returned after about 3 weeks for the Supagard application. I took the vehicle into TVR this morning - Monday 13th March and it is back with me - at home - now (at about 16.00 hours).
The car looks as if it is new showroom condition, so I am exceedingly pleased to let you know of the great work wrought by TVR and also to thank Supagard for making it possible.

I first contacted Pete when I had an issue with my car that had been protected by Supagard. I explained the situation to Pete and due to where I live he said give me the weekend and I’ll get back to you.
After the weekend he contacted me with a plan and explained what I needed to do to get my paint work sorted out.
At all stages of the process Pete was fantastic! He kept me informed, was patient and answered all my questions both by phone and by text. I could not fault his professionalism and advice. Absolutely brilliant every step of the way.
