Superbuy has the best User Interface for managing your items. It has many payment methods including crypto payments. QC and customer care are quick. But the shipping prices are the highest. Coupon or reward system is very weak for an agent of this size. There are normally no coupons available to get discounts on shipping.

I recently had a problem with a purchase because the product arrived bent and clearly damaged. Within three hours, the shopping agent contacted the seller to request a refund or a replacement. Thanks to them, the product is back in perfect condition.

Had an order arrive in 10 days to Europe , super happy about the excellent communication and care the staff put in for my package. Thank you Superbuy using again for sure

I’ve been using Superbuy recently, and so far my experience has been excellent. Even though I haven’t shipped anything out yet, all of my items are safely stored in their warehouse. They provide frequent updates, which makes it easy to track everything. Their customer service has also been outstanding. Very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. I even sent a few items back to sellers through their service, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the reliability and support they’ve provided.

Superbuy is my favourite discovery of this year. It allows me to shop from some of my favourite stores on Taobao and have my packages forwarded for a reasonable price. I've used the service several times now, and each time my items arrive well package and pristine. The pricing is upfront, and transparent. I couldn't recommend Superbuy more!

Superbuy is my go-to shopping agent. The process is simple: I buy what I want from Taobao, it goes to their warehouse, they send me photos for QC, and then they ship it all together. Their customer service is very helpful, and their packaging is always secure. A bit more expensive than doing it yourself, but the convenience and reliability are 100% worth it. Definitely using them again!
