This brand is the best out of everything I have tried. The 4000mg before bed is the only thing that helps me sleep and stay asleep while dealing with hypothyroidism symptoms and perimenopause crap. So far, I have used product but it does not have any effect. I purchased because my friend had same product but from a different vendor (which when we used it you noticed the effects at least within a half and hour). However, this product never took effect, and it was same dosage.
