Lousy customer care
I ordered a jacket online during the January sales. And I received it damaged (scratched and stained), while the package was not damaged. I wanted to replace it and went to the store (as instructed by the customer service). However, I ended up being reimbursed. They did not had my size from that collection. However, they had practically identical jacket just labeled for new collection, otherwise exactly the same. But they wanted me to pay additional 60€ (price difference) for the same jacket ("new collection"). That is so bad customer care. They sold me damaged goods while there were still other pieces in my size and then they don't want to make up for their mistake.

Bought 5 products 11 days ago, still no package received, support service doesn't care
Bought 5 products 11 days ago, still did not get them delivered. When asked where is the package, they cancel one of the items saying they do not have it available. Still waiting for the package, superdry say it is maybe lost at the courier and ask me if I want a refund or new delivery depending on the availability of items!!!! Absolutely unprofessional, never thought a company like thag could have such a poor, unreliable, slow and unresponsive service!!

Hi Greg,
Up until recently Superdry was able to offer free delivery and returns, however the rising cost of labour and shipping costs has meant that we have had to introduce a fee. This decision wasn’t made lightly and in the future we are planning to introduce new delivery options for customers based on minimum spend.
Superdry send items from our warehouse in the UK, our warehouse in Belgium and from our store network across the country. This allows us to maximise the amount of online options available to our customers. Items located in our UK warehouse are available for free Click and Collect in the UK, however Click and Collect is not a delivery option for EU countries.
You can also return items free of charge in our stores.
