Great customer service
Sales assistant took time to find out if the coat I wanted to purchase was waterproof. Was very friendly and polite and also offered advice on washing instructions and guarantee.

Only one bored assistant in the shop that I visited.
Tried on a jacket in the shop but it was too small. Told to go home & order it online!
Was eligible for express delivery but no option to choose it at the checkout page.
Also, one of the jackets that I ordered had obviously been sent out before & returned as it was covered in cat hairs!!!
