I was disappointed that the coat I ordered was too big but I was so impressed by my returns experience. I took it to my nearest store and was greeted by a charming young man who refunded me immediately. He was courteous and so friendly. I will shop with super dry again. So easy

Service lacked even though 3 members of…
Service lacked even though 3 members of staff seemed to be in shift . This area could do with improvement. I had to find others sizes myself as no one came near the fitting room area.
At the point of sale the girl was quite robotic and not I. The least chatty. Just wanted the sale over with is the impression I got.
I would expect much better service no matter where I shopped so yes I was disappointed in this respect.

Although the coat didn't fit and was returned in store, the customer sales person was so friendly and efficient in the return process. The assistant was also happy to assist me in the purchase of an alternative.
