Staff always seem to think you’re a thief, they are always prowling looking at you - perhaps that’s a good thing, but it’s unnerving. Took back an item to rebuy in the Black Friday sale (being honest) but the till person said no until challenged. The manager did then agree.

Lovely coat that feels so snug
Lovely coat that feels so snug, like wearing your duvet, but at the the same time feels quite light to wear. Really happy with the colour and fit. Will definitely be my go to winter coat for the next few years.
