Purchased items in store originally…
Purchased items in store originally only to find the security tags had made a hole in the neck of one item. The shop is 22miles each way so double that to return it & 2 car park charges. Not a happy customer.

Slick online experience, great quality
I was after a jacket in a particular colour, and despite it not being in stock in-store the helpful staff pointed me to the online store which did have it in my size.
A very simple site to use, and the jacket turned up a few days later. I'm really happy with the item which is superb quality and a great fit. Looks great as well.
