Amazing service!
I ordered a jacket to click and collect from the braehead shop and everything was perfect! The staff were lovely and super quick to get my order from the back and I would definitely shop there again!

Pretty good online, notsomuch in store. Staff in Braehead were really reticent regarding what discount affected what garment, …”they’ll tell you at the till”.
So the expectation is for the customer to queue just to find out what an item costs??
