The disinterested girl behind the…
The disinterested girl behind the counter forgot to take the security tag off the hoodie I bought, so I was chased down the street by another staff member and had to return to the store with my proof of purchase to get the tag removed. On top of ordering something online from Superdry the previous month which also has a security tag left on it and had to be returned this is now taking the mickey. Your service has gone down the toilet lately and I no longer consider you a quality brand.

Amazing selection not such amazing assistant!
The best selection of coats I have seen in the Brighton store. However, the assistant did not help at all and it would have been great to have someone help find my size and explain the difference(s) between similar coats.
