Terribly unreliable delivery services
However much I like the clothes from this store, their online store cannot ever get things right. I have order twice in the space of two months and both times the parcel got delayed and I am now having to ask for a refund a second time!! I guess they need to reconsider their delivery systems. Royal Mail has always delivered in the past but Evri are TERRIBLE! I’m a disabled person so I depend on courier services and this makes me believe that I can no longer use this store if the delivery service is so unreliable.

Quick delivery and easy returns
Bought online as a last minute Christmas present, the joggers arrived quickly.
