Feeling let down 👎🏻
I bought a M shirt online in the sale for £34.99 with a gift voucher. It was a size too small. Went through the returns options on the website and decided to take to local store myself and exchange. No L in stock.I assumed the easy option would be to have a L sent to the store which I would not mind me picking up another day. But oh no. As the sale had ended and it was an online purchase item i had to log onto my Super dry account at the stores counter and purchase the L shirt at full price (49.99) which would then be delivered to my home address, which according to the staff present will take about 3 days. Then I am told I will be getting my £34.99 (originally paid) back as a gift card. I did not want another gift card nor did I want to spend a further £49.99 on a shirt I'd already payed for (£34.99, in the sale). I just wanted to exchange the shirt for a different size. ....That was Saturday, a week ago. I'm still waiting for shirt and still waiting for gift card. Feeling let down, disappointed and robbed😞 Goodbye Superdry.

Great purchases poor customer service
Product 10 out of 10. Customer service 5 out of 10. Had to look around the shop for a staff member, so I could pay. Found a young man who didn’t speak to me, folded my purchases up into a small square (trousers and a suit jacket). Went into another shop, set the alarms off as security tags still on clothes. Went back to the shop, same young man who just took the clothes from me and took the tags off. Still didnt speak.
