Efficient and polite service.

The company has one of the best quality stuff I have seen around, though doesn't come cheap as well...
I am not quite sure why I saw every other types of wears except shoes but yeah was great experience with quality wears...
It somehow seemed a bit less exciting or rather boring to me that I didn't see any other very nice brands at any other side of the shop, I think that would kind of spice my shopping experience.

I ordered size 10 jeans, and was told in the shop this would be a 30cm waist. The jeans arrived 30cm and they would have fitted an elephant!
They were a birthday present for my daughter!
Usually Superdry are brilliant.

Customer service in the Brighton store was first class. I took my daughter in to buy her a coat. They helped loads. In the end we ordered one from in the store from the website to be delivered to me. It arrived but didn't look right on her. We returned it to Brighton store and again, the staff were fantastic. Couldn't be more helpful. Friendly, smiling, and gave me the refund with no issue.
So many times, when things are not right, I've had bad experiences getting them sorted out
What a pleasure the experience always is at Superdry. I've been to Brighton ad near me. Also Portsmouth outlet, Gatwick and others. Always been the same incredible customer service. You should be really proud of yourselves. Thank you.

The lady assistant in the Brighton store, was so helpful, looking up what was in stock in the store and in the warehouse. A real pleasure to have shopped there.

I saw Superdry tote bag in a shop window in Brighton and really wished I had bought it. I found it on Amazon but was out of stock when I came to buy it when I looked at Superdry website it was cheaper even with next day delivery. What amazing quality it is.

It’s one of the perfect casual dress stores for men. I have traveled across the globe and never had the opportunity to see such products and value for money until today in the UK. I am also planning to visit their stores in Madrid next week.

I placed the order online, it arrived very quickly, I picked it up at the store, and the service was excellent. The jacket fits me perfectly!

Shop was clean, well organised and presented. Staff approachable and helpful, plus well balanced with giving you space to look around without overly bothering you, despite not many customers.
Good range of clothing and quality, although lovely did think the item purchased was a bit over priced.
Cashier efficient and professional.

staff made every effort to make sure I was able to exchange a shirt that was too small.

I understand Shoplifting is a big problem in Brighton. And I know how difficult it can be to monitor as I have my own shop, but a customer should not be made to feel like a criminal. There was at least 5 members of staff watching my every move making me feel really uncomfortable as I went about the shop, but not not one of them asked if I needed any help.Very poor customer service.
