Jumper was too small
Jumper was too small, but the staff at Bristol Cribbs Causeway were so friendly and welcoming when I returned the jumper. I will definitely be ordering again as the actual quality of the jumper was incredible, just too small.

New Logo Zip Hoodie
Bought a hoodie replacement for the one I had for years. Seems lovely and cosy super warm and snug. Fits true to size (bought my usual 8 and it’s comfy enough not to need a bigger size) The only thing I have noticed is not as good as before is the zip base, which is a lot smaller therefore makes it not as easy to quickly zip it up!

Shearling jacket
I ordered the shearling jacket to pick up at the Cribbs Causeway shop and tried it on. It's a lovely jacket but the sleeves weren't wide enough on me to be able to wear u sweater underneath so I got a refund. The staff where very helpful and friendly and the return system efficient. A good experience.
