Super easy returns policy and refunds processed in less than 3 days
The delivery of my product was on time but unfortunately didn’t fit me.However the return process was super easy. I took the item to my nearest store, no hassle at all, they keyed the item code into their system and I received a full refund within a day or two. That’s the quickest I’ve ever experienced.

Prompt service
I was kept correctly informed with my click and collect. On arrival i was politely approached and seen to straight away. I was also given a free bag for my items... which is rare as in some stores of click and collect they have charged me.

Be very wary of EVRI delivery SCAMS
My experience at Superdry was exceptional.
The young lady that assisted me was extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind & helpful.
My order was done in store but online by a Superdry. I received a text from Avri when I arrived home informing me that Avri was unable to deliver my ordered due to lack of my address not being on order. I was asked to pay .23£ for second delivery. IT WAS A SCAM! I called the store & was reassured that my order was ok & to ignore text.
My order was delivered 3days later and I am extremely satisfied.
