Didn’t have what I was looking for
Went in the shop for a winter coat for myself variety of styles was minimal at best 3 different styles but not many variations within the options staff were hard to find safe to say I went elsewhere

A great experience all round(almost)
Fantastic talking to the manager in Bromley’s Glades store, helped me try on my jacket for size. As they didn’t have the colour I wanted she suggested ordering from the site. Amazingly quick delivery too. The only worry I had was because I am slow to get to the door because of my disability. I found the delivery driver was about to leave the package on my doorstep, at a heavily traveled footpath near a school. If I hadn’t been home it would’ve been stolen. Fantastic service from Superdry, I suggest a word with whomever you get to do your deliveries.
