The girl who served me was amazing
The girl who served me was amazing. Didnt ger her name but i did let the manager know. She was so accommodating patient and helpful. I was unsure of colour's and clothes to pick and she not only helped me with various ideas but also was so positive in a natural way. Clothes in superdry are always awesome and ive shopped at various superdry stores over the years but the service I received this time was second to none.

Easy return/find correct size
I returned an on line order to the store that was too small, so I could try a few jackets on, and not have the hassle of returning parcel, AND at the same time make sure I got correct size.

You can never go wrong with superdry. When you live on England the weather has its ups and downs but Superdry will keep you going whatever the weather. Always shop at superdry. Ordered online ready to collect next day popped in store collection was simple.

Superb service in ladies section
The young man that served my daughter and I was brilliant! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. It’s people like him that ensures we keep going back! Whilst the products have a higher price point with a service like that and the quality is a good standard it’s worth paying the prices charged

I purchase a jacket which did not…
I purchase a jacket which did not mention any wash instructions. I washed it in the washing machine on delicate wash and all the filling turned into lumps. When i went and questioned at the store, they said it was not a manufacture defect and so they will not be able to do anything about it.
