The staff are friendly and helpful
The staff are friendly and helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. The clothing stylish and suitable for most ages. Slightly on the expensive side, in some styles, but are a higher quality, than other stores and have a much longer life.

I received a jacket with security…
I received a jacket with security device attached to it. I wrote to superdry and they respond very quick . I exchanged it for me after I been to the shop but I was expecting a small compensation fir all these hassles which I had experienced. Other than that I am happy with their service

Shopping whilst poorly.....
The young lady that served me at the till was extremely helpful and understanding as I was abs full of flu and had left home without a jacket and needed 1. The floor staff didn't swarm me being over helpful like many stores do I prefer 2 b left alone 2 shop so overall my exp was very good thank you bury staff.
