Worst service from Superdry
Placed an initial order on 1st Dec which was later partially cancelled on 9th December. A new delivery was initiated; however I am yet to receive the order. Order status of website says, it has been delivered. Please either deliver the order or initiate the refund.

Hi I purchased a Superdry jacket about a month ago, and I’ve been having issues with the zip. It’s very difficult to open and close, and I struggle every time I try to wear it.
