Couldn't see the size we required so…
Couldn't see the size we required so asked a member of staff. He looked to see if they had the hoodie we wanted in store but said they didn't. He offered to order it to be delivered to our home. The process was quick and easy and the delivery was free. The member of staff was friendly and very helpful.

Yeah, so I picked out what I wanted… went to the till… young dude was like “hey” I was like “‘sup” he was like “cool” I was like “gift card code” he was like “rad” I paid he was like “thanks” I was like “have a nice day” then I left.

Great service
Didn’t have my size in store of some joggers so the guy who served me ordered it online for me to come to my home. He was really friendly and helpful and made it all simple for me. Received the item in 3 days. Really pleased with the service and the joggers.

Quality is good but ...
I have to say, I've been a loyal Superdry customer for a long time, but I've been quite disappointed lately. The packaging is awful, product condition is bad, and delivery have been subpar, and the prices are considerably higher than other brands. I hope you can address these issues because I'd hate to see long-time customers like me leave. For instance It wouldn't take much to enhance the packaging, such as using a single plastic bag for products before placing them in the delivery bag. Thanks
