I bought 2 pairs of parachute grip pants in 30/32 as I really love these which I already have in a different colour but these both pairs were tagged with correct size on them however fitted much lo ger and bigger waist like they were size 34/34. This was also obvious when I put them against my old pair. It seem you can't trust there sizes and no longer consistent. When I complained all they could offer is apology and there goes my November black Friday deal. Absolute joke is Superdry - SUPERDRY_34005915

There was a young lady assistant, who asked if we were ok and answered our questions honestly and gave us a good product knowledge

Ordered a coat for my Girlfriend 20/11/23 £115.00 still not delivered. Went to Evri delivery people 21/11/23 now lost 22/11/23?! chased by phone still waiting 4th December

Great selection of long winter coats for my grandaughter last wednesday, she was spoilt for choice! She wanted a Superdry coat as we bought her brother, our teenage grandson, one together with lots of other things, in your Cheltenham branch a few weeks ago.

Both occasions we were served by an extremely helpful nice guy (maybe a manager) who I was very impressed with. I'll be back in Cheltenham shirtly as the third grandaughter in the same family wants one of the coats too. I'll choose to go wednesday again!!

I ordered two coats online, two different colours, one black and one green. I was always going to return the one colour I didn’t want. Upon my return trip to store to return the coat I didn’t want (black), I wore my other new coat (green), but realised there was a hole in the pocket. The lady Kate inside was SO helpful in finding me the exact coat in store to exchange. I remember being worried because It was freezing outside and I was worried I’d have to return and leave with no coat. But Kate was amazing and really reassured me, she was super quick, friendly and very knowledgeable what was in store. Definitely saved me from being cold! 🙂. I also returned the other coat (black) successfully with no problems.
On other news, I’m obsessed with the coat! It’s so soft, warm, comfy, everything is really good quality and I’ve have so many compliments! Best coat I’ve bought in ages! The green colour is the best in my opinion 🙂. But black is still really smart!

Excellent customer service from shop floor 2 purchase of winter coat for my husbands birthday

Such helpful & attentive staff in store. My husband needed some assistance with which products & sizes to select & the staff were so willing to oblige. Very positive experience.

I took my teenage daughter shopping in Cheltenham last weekend as she was in need of new clothes. She’s not a big fan of clothes shopping and didn’t really know exactly what she was looking for. We went into the Superdry shop to have a look and while she liked the type of clothes they sold, she was quite overwhelmed with amount of choice! Enter Meg. Meg is one of the shop assistants and offered to take my daughter round and suggest some outfits/items based around some of my daughters tastes. She was BRILLIANT! She took so much time and care (and let’s face it; she was way cooler to shop with than Mum here!). She patiently found different sizes and options to try…i didn’t envy having to hang/fold a lot of tried-on clothes again, but she did it without a even hint of annoyance. Admittedly we bought quite a few items, but i genuinely think Meg would have been just as attentive if we’d only bought one t shirt. And my daughter had a really positive experience (which isn’t always the case with finding new clothes she likes…..) not to mention a bag full of fab new clothes! Thank you Meg!! ☺️
