Brilliant customer service in store
Brilliant customer service at 13:27 by Till 5, operator number 87015. He was so very helpful, polite and friendly when i returned a few days to exchange for a smaller size after picking the wrong size. I shall return to this store again and again. It is also cheaper than the store in Liverpool One and online too.

Terrible customer service…
Terrible customer service… went all the way to my local superdry shop to buy a coat for my daughters birthday only to find the size i needed was not in stock was told by the store clerk not to worry they can have one sent out to me within a few days…after 2 days i had not even received an email conformation regarding the order i had to then call shop to chase this up eventually got a conformation with an estimated delivery date which is a a whole week later from the purchase date this has now meant my daughter not getting her birthday present on time ! Ive Always bought superdry coats for myself and family but will never be spending my money with them again
