I returned a coat that was on sale for the black Friday deals. I returned it for a Xl. Super dry charged me the full price for a reorder. They would not exchange it in store.

Bought and paid for goods instore last week which were down to be delivered. Goods were delivered but the garment was marked and looked to be stained . On the original purchase I received a €10 discount I think it was because it was a first purchase or something like that . I returned the garment to the store to get a replacement, they refunded my debit card and I ordered a replacement, however it was €10 more expensive, when I questioned why the same product was €10 more expensive than the one I was returning I was told that it was a discount for your first purchase and I didn’t qualify for same discount. Very strange

I ordered my item in store and staff were fantastic
I ordered my item in store. The assistant who severed me went above and beyond to help me . She would earn ye a 5 star alone but my problem is I haven’t received my item yet . This is taking way to long and for that it’s a 3 star review
