I went to the Croydon branch in the Whitgift centre ,I needed advice and Jim was so helpful, it was a present for my son ,my son was delighted with his gift .

Excellent delivery times and product in great condition and fits well!

I just purchased another jacket from yourself reasonable priced the only thing I have to buy large in your size to fit myself

I was greeted by very friendly staff who could not have been more helpful.
I knew what I was looking for as I have bought things many times before.
I could not find the size I needed and the staff quickly went to the stock room to find the size I was looking for.
Very friendly staff who were proud to work for this quality brand.

Received my bomber jacket as mentioned, on time. Packed carefully.

The purchase and delivery was prompt and easy only issue i had was a unknown order with an unrecognised order number both shown on order history and showed as a pending payment on my bank account. The main purchase was brilliant happy with the product 😀

I was served by Jim at the Croydon store. Absolutely excellent service from Jim. I was initially shopping contemplating whether to buy or not a Superdry coat, but Jim's courtesy, patience and the way he looked after us convinced me that it has to be a Superdry coat. Will say, next time if anyone asks, i will send them to Jim in Croydon store.

I visited the Croydon store on Saturday 9th October. I was greeted by a very welcoming and friendly store assistant, who took details of my delivery. Very prompt and professional especially when I asked advice on the sizing of my jumper that I had ordered .Would definitely order again online and pick up from the Croydon store. Many thanks.

The store member at Croydon. She was covering the store, I saw a blouse I loved and you didn't have it in store but she was kind enough to offer to order online. She was superb in her customer service. The order came very fast and nicely packed with recyclable packaging. Very eco- friendly. The quality of the blouse is amazing. Thank you ❤️

Excellent quality gear and service. Love the styles and clothing available only let down by your choice of courier. It’s a pity after all that design effort and packaging it ends up flung over the fence and wet. To end on a plus the return service is hassle free.

Very nice polo shirt bit to long for me as a 5ft 2in .
