Been a while since I've shopped
It's been a while since I've shopped for new clothes. I forgot how sizes can be a problem with Superdry. Forgetting you often need to buy a size bigger.
As I ordered online it was disappointing to get delivery and not everything fit properly.
As for quality, it's the same as always. Good to high quality.
Sometimes I feel the stitching could be better. Lots of loose threads, which you don't expect for the premium price.
Would that stop me buying from Superdry. No! I like the selection of shirts and t-shirts and jackets. Trainers not for me and wish you had boot cut jeans for men.
I also used to be a massive fan of your leather shoulder bag range. Which you had in every colour. Not sure why you stopped making them. I had a collection of 12 of them.
I always enjoy shopping at Superdry. Picking a t-shirt is like being able to pick the colour from a paint chart, so many to choose from and match to things.

Staff in st James quarter ..awful
Collection was a horrible rude staff who when I approached looked annoyed I'd interupted his conversation and the only words he said was "name" walked off came back handed my parcel silently to me and walked off ...not the service I expect and I won't be using the Edinburgh store in st James quarter again

Jeans arrived with security tags on…
Jeans arrived with security tags on them.. Odered for my daughters birthday which she then couldnt wear. Had to go all the way to the Trafford Centre to have the tags removed. Really not happy. What was the point of ordering online so I didn't need to go to the Trafford centre to have to go anyway.

Horrific company to deal with what a joke!!!
First off I never received the item I ordered it was “ apparently “ delivered on the 17/02/23. I have emailed Superdry twice now as I’ve not got my parcel as mentioned plus I’m out the money it cost me. I am currently still awaiting a single reply from them to resolve this issue! Genuinely this will be the last time I ever order something from Superdry what a joke absolutely disgraceful customer service!!!
