Always easy to use, and great service in store

The three girls in the shop couldn't be more helpful. Pleasant to talk to and knew the brand.

The website and online ordering always works well at SuperDry. Sort by size doesn’t always work but I got the things I wanted!! Great delivery and returns to store works well.

The customer service was excellent in store. I was welcomed into the store and on the ladies section the staff helped me to order a dress that wasn't in store. Just really friendly, helpful, polite member of staff. I wish I had got her name, she has amazing purple hair!

Instore staff advised that if the size and style were not in store the I could order online. Ordering online was easy and delivery was very quick.

The male member of staff was very friendly and helpful. Although the item I was intending to purchase was not in stock in my size he was able to order the garment on line and have it delivered to my home. Excellent service.

I ordered an item for click & collect, late in the evening & the next day was ready to collect. Excellent service.

I bought a jacket online, it was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, it turned out to be too big. I took the opportunity to return the jacket to a Superdry store in my city. My jacket was accepted and a smaller one was automatically ordered in the system. I didn't wait too long for the package. The jacket is great. Thank you very much for helping me with the quick sizing. Also, I received a £10 voucher. Lovely:)

I went to the store in Exeter to buy a jacket. The size I wanted wasn’t in stock, so your assistants ordered it for me and I had it delivered to my address within the next two days.

As always good quality merchandise at a decent price

Parcel did not arrive and abortive visits to the shop were useless, I had to buy the shirt in the shop to avoid disappointment but no refund until I have proof that the package did not arrive at the shop until the new year !

The gloves are really comfy and warm. I like the fact they can be fingerless or covered. The colour is nice too. The chap at the cash desk was super lovely too when I collected them.

I pay to my order go faster to Brazil, but it is stopped in Spain more thank week
I send email to superdry but until.now nothing happened.

Easy to buy on line.. and delivery of items very quick.. the courier kept me up to date and returns are easy at a store . I’m very happy with my purchases as well. Will return to your company

Ordered jillet on line and was damaged in transit .Couldn’t speak to customer service support in person .When I finally connected to a computer I had my money refunded,bot not the price of postage when it wasn’t my fault. I have a certificate to prove it.Superdry owe me £3.00 for postage and packaging.Ordered another one and still having trouble.Terrible customer service.

The staff- Amazing
They're usually working with clothes here and there but they'll get your job done, give them 5 minutes.
I couldn't find what I wanted in-store so I went through the website with them and placed my order for a click+collect.
Got my notifications on time and everyday about the process. No hassles whatsoever.
My jacket is awesome, keeps me warm and toasty!
