Online and store prices are different
Seen a dress online for £22 and called one of the store asked them if they’ve got it in stock! Very helpful assistant said they do and she will keep it aside for me. Had to drive to city centre to collect it however it was a marked (slightly on the bottom) however they offered me 20% off but it came to £24 and a bit and when I asked what’s the reason assistant explained their online prices could be different and the only thing she could do is match the price but she won’t be able to give extra discount for it being mark!!!!!! I understand is not the assistant fault it whoever in charge and I really like to find out why prices in store are different to prices on Superdry own website.

Service Experience
Arrangement of all apparel was done nicely. Staff was very friendly. Was not happy with the lighting inside the store, it was dark. Overall the service was great.

Caring
I was walking from Queen street to central and had a stop by to see if I could get a specific pair of cargo pants I have bought previously at a different store. I was able to find them and even got some great recommendations for dinner from a member of staff, I don’t recall their name but I thank them very much as I did not know the area.
