Well mannered staff
Staff was very good online and in store shamefully I had to get a refund because my hoodie I bought being to small I couldn't swap it as they've changed it to a newer design now but the staff were great!

Excellent Service
I checked a product online and then went into the Guildford store to purchase it. It wasn’t available there and then but a young man was very quick to help and ordered it for me to be delivered to my house at no charge. It was a sweatshirt and it duly arrived and I am very pleased with it. I now have two in different colours. I like both and wear them a lot. I found it strange though that the second purchase seems bigger and has longer sleeves! It seems the two tops were made in different countries - the one made in China is a bit smaller than the one made in Turkey. Sizing differences can be a problem! However my overall experience was very positive and I was very impressed with the lovely lad in the shop.

Faulty equipment in store
I’d bought a shirt for a Christmas present but the person had since bought one in a different colour in a small rather than the medium that I had purchased. So I went into store with the gift receipt but they didn’t have a small in stock, they offered to send one free of charge to my home address which was great. The problem was that the till wouldn’t read how much I’d paid. The staff were very helpful and as it was Black Friday the shirt was cheaper, I had to show them my bank statement to prove how much I’d paid, my point is that if it had been anyone else going in they would only have been able to spend what the shirt was on sale for that day, therefore losing £10.00 and after Christmas there will probably be sales. The till should be able to read a gift receipt.
