Great prize good sizing nice quality

I returned an online order in store and was promised an e mail confirming within 24 hours. Have not received it

I like the products , a little over priced , the staff on thee shop couldn't be more helpful

At age 69 my first experience of Superdry was in Hull. Sales lady knew her stock well and showed several choices. My size ( need to go up a size in this brand) out of stock but lady found items on company website for me to order from home. The Fiji long padded coat in Olive quickly arrived and fulfills everything I need, is also gorgeous quality and style, getting many admiring glances.

Excellent service whilst returning some of the tops I returned to the Hull store.

Me and my daughter arrived close to closing time and the lady shop assistant who helped us was amazing! We experienced help from her like no other shop would offer in this day and age. I asked for a specific product, which turned out unavailable at this store but the lady found a fantastic alternative. Upon paying for the item it turned out to be damaged, I was instantly notified by the assistant and an another item was already in the pipeline for us to purchase. Other shops would have let us purchase this damaged product without us knowing and let us make our way home. The shop assistant was absolutely brilliant, she was so friendly, relaxed and extremely helpful and because of her I will be a returning customer. Thank you so much for your honesty. Faith in humanity restored.

I visited my local store to buy a coat I had been eyeing up for a while. Received a friendly welcome just as I walked through the door. Had a few try ons but the coat I wanted was not in store. I went to a member of staff who checked the back for me but we ended up ordering it there and then on the staff iPad (which gave me free shipping!) and she was super helpful with ordering this. It came by Evri which was excellent for me so I could order it to a pick up point. The coat I ordered is absolutely brilliant, gorgeous material, well-made and very good value for money. It will last me years!
Very very pleased with the overall service and would recommend this store to everyone who is thinking of making a purchase.
