An excellent experience in store and online…
The lady on the 'Pay Here' desk was very helpful, courteous and patient with me, assisting me looking through your website to choose additional item, which was not available in store, order it from within the store, then pay for it and those I'd found in store. She couldn't have been more helpful. The web ordered item was delivered within 48 hours with full regular updates on the order's progress to arrival.
All items fit perfectly. Materials, sewing and fastenings seem to be good quality.

Poor customer service
Purchased several items. Security tags not removed and no alarm sounded. Had to take a 1.5hr round trip the following week to get the tags removed. The manager didn’t look bothered - not even an apology.
Complained to customer care, who haven’t even responded to my email!
Will avoid in future.
