Superdry - Leeds White Rose Reviews 

Not online , but from their store . I bought a pair of jeans just under two years ago , not worn them excessively and always washed them low temp and never tumble dried . Bubbles have appeared on them , bubbles that won't iron out . I emailed them with photos and a description of what had happened . Got an email straight away saying they would look into it and get back to me within seven days , they didn't . I emailed them again and got a response . Because they were over 12 months old they basically couldn't give a .... .No explanation as to why they'd bubbled up , so basically they thought two years wear was acceptable.
They've now been binned , and I won't be buying any of their products again .

Staff are great friendly and very helpful, easy to deal with and very effecient

Item collected from in store. Only 1 staff member on the till and seemed a massive chore to her for having to search through parcels. Took 2 attempts to find it. Coat however is fantastic

Wanted men’s jumper in Leeds store but didn’t have size . Member of staff ordered it to come to my home address to make it easy for me as didn’t live anywhere near Leeds . Jumper arrived couple of days later and perfect

Quick delivery to the store. Seamless service overall. When I went into the store I had to wait at the counter while the two assistants were just chatting amongst themselves while it was clear I was waiting to be seen. It appeared their conversation was more important than serving a customer.

Store totally clueless as to where my order was. Total luck it was there.

Although the particular store is crammed with merchandise, it is fairly easy to navigate. 1 item no in stock in a certain size but staff checked for warehouse stock, enabled in store purchase & home delivery at no extra cost which was promptly received within 2 days
