If they don’t have your size don’t presume they don’t have it. Helped by a lovey young lady walking round with laptop in hand placed my order posted free of charge and arrived two days later as promised.Great service.

Superdry has quality products and the rucksack is good value for money.

Making order in store was ridiculous, poor assistant was trying to use a device which was not fit for purpose 30 minutes waisted she had to enter each item separately to use contactless payment as there was no option to enter a PIN number complained to manager and told Superdry already aware of problem but no intention of changing

I bought a hoodie but it was really big. Took it back and they exchanged it for me. I received it 2 days later

We just wanted to say how much of a pleasant experience we received at your White Rose store.
We rarely venture into the big shopping centres post COVID due to our age. We were shopping for our granddaughter and the young manager was very attentive to our needs. (Fingers crossed she likes it!) It was our first visit to a Superdry store but hopefully we’ll be back in the future.

He invited us to leave feedback on this website or Google. I just want to say it was a pleasure to meet yourself and talk with you and your staff. Take care.

Very helpful young man in White Rose store. Size I wanted not in stock so he arranged free delivery to my home address

The store associates were very kind to me and helped me find the appropriate product section. The moment they realised they did not have the stock for the product I was looking for, they did help me out by creating an order for me and as promised the product got delivered at home in a couple of days. This was a hassle free purchase for me.

Purchased hoodie (happy with the item), click and collect from store. But was very disappointed when found the security tag still attached on the item, had to make special trip back to store to have tag removed! Staff member apologised. There was no good will of compensation for the inconvenience

Superdry never lets me down, definitely my favourite brand ATM, quick delivery and quality clothes, kinda wish you did more slim fit things but I get that's just not your style

I am pleased with Superdry's products and also with their great friendly customer service. I feel that if you would like to keep yourself warmer in the winter season then you will need to give a try to Superdry for sure!

It was lovely when I first bought it but 2 weeks later and it’s gone a really dark red/ black on the back and arms. I think the colour has faded and it just doesn’t look as good. Should of bought the black

Still awaiting item to be received after 10days still not arrived. Following conversation with superdry hopefully delivered tommorow
