Excellent service, fantastic range of products and generally all round nice store!

After numerous phone calls to enquire about receipt of my jacket I was told it hasn’t been received. I informed them they courier service have indicated it has been delivered. They said call customer service or we’ll give you a credit. It was in fact there the whole time.

White Rose store did not have the size we wanted, so easy for the young girl to place our order & pay whilst on the shop floor. Coat was then delivered to our home address in a timely manner.

I have had no notification that my parcel has arrived in store. Extremely poor service

I initially bought a shirt online that didn't fit me so I took it to the Superdry shop to return. They took the shirt back and I decided to buy the same one only one size bigger. The staff at the shop in the white rose in Leeds could not be more helpful and were very competent. I received my credit within one day so I am very happy.

The superdry store I visited didn't have what I wanted in store but the sales assistant was fantastic with helping me with an online sale..highly recommend and would definitely call back into the store at the White Rose.

Ordered longline winter coat, collected from store, had to return due to fit, returned to same store and attendant helpful in processing return for refund. Received refund 7 days later. Ordered a different coat a couple of days later.
