Excellent customer service and good choice of products .

I was bought a coat as a gift for Christmas & needed to swap for a different size. There wasn’t one available in store but staff were able to help me to arrange a refund onto a gift card so I could order in the correct size & have it delivered to my home address. The parcel arrived two days later & the coat is perfect!

I swapped the jacket at the shop and I was assured the chosen one was in stock. I was really looking forward to receiving it but unfortunately I got an email that the order was cancelled as the product chosen went out of stock??!! Extremely disappointing.

Didn't have the colour jacket in the size I wanted, very helpful assistant ordered, here within 4 or 5 days at no extra cost.

Did a click and collect and it didn’t turn up. Also the girl in the store at white rose blamed Royal Mail, when it was delivered by another delivery company.

Although the size needed isn’t stocked in store the assistant was very helpful and ordered it for us. Arrived promptly too.

Superdry is my favourite designer outlet when ever I go to the store or order online I never have any problems, even in store the staff are so helpful and kind

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store by a young man with a polite “Hi sir, how you doing,is there anything I can help you with today”?
The store had run out of my size of a particular trousers I had been looking for so he explained how to order them online and have them delivered. I ended up with trying several pairs on and purchasing another pair which I liked more. Thanks.

Ordered on line collected in store. The White Rose store I have never been in previously as it is too dark and dismal and not inviting at all. The lighting in places makes it hard to see the clothes properly. However, I did collect my order and the staff were fine and helpful. I tried on and returned in store the item I did not want and kept the rest of my order.

I recently purchased a jumper for my daughter which was the wrong size. I returned to store, White Rose Leeds, and was able to exchange without any problem.

The gentleman in the store was very helpful and ordered me the size I needed as they didn't have it in store. Delivery was excellent only took 3-4 days.

The young man in the White Rose store, Leeds was very helpful, finding us the product we were looking for for our son and arranged delivery advising that it wold be 5-6 working days, which it was. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.
