Fabulous in store service. I ordered online and received something that i needed in a smaller size. Took it in store where there wasn't one to exchange but store assistant ordered me a new one in correct size in seconds. No delivery fee .... fab.

Main item ordered informed 3 days later not in sock poor communication

I went into the white rose store and found the coat I wanted but it was a 2xl n new a 3xl would be a better fit. I ask the girl on the floor if they did a bigger size online and she said that they didn’t and this was the biggest size. I went to pay and asked the guy serving me the same question. He checked using the app and there was a 3xl so I ordered this for home delivery. The coat was with me within a few days

I purchased 2 items online to be delivered to store, I received confirmation it was ready to collect, but when I went to collect there had been an issue with the delivery. The store Manager was brilliant, he did everything he could to reassure me he would track my order down and call me. True to his word he called to tell me the ordered had been delivered to the wrong store and that I would have my order the next day. This was excellent customer service and above and beyond. The staff in store could not have been more helpful.

received an email to say the order was ready, but when I went to the store they couldn't find it. They then called me in the evening to say they had found it. So 2 trips required in the end

Good customer service in the shop where I picked my trousers up. I tried them on there and left the packaging with shop staff to dispose of. No fuss and helpful. And the trousers are just as expected, so great experience all round. Thank you.

I went to the store as I had an email to say it had been delivered to be told you have to come back when you get another e-mail to pick it up 6 hours later i went again and was told the same thing a Manager overheard and said let me go check in the back it prob' has not been scanned in...he was right!!!

Extremely helpful in the store as we had bought the wrong size. The man in Leeds white rose store went out of his way to get us the right size and arranged delivery for our grandson

Purchased a full priced item knitted jumper which in the description said the material was 30% wool & 70% cotton. The item when opened turned out to be 70% acrylic. Wasn’t happy!!!
