Useless customer service.
I came in store for an exchange of an item bought online. I was told I could not do that. I asked if I could get a refund for my item and buy the one that actually fitted me in store. I was told yes of course. Few days later I got an email saying my return had been accepted and a new item was being shipped. Same size as the one that didn’t fit. And no refund so far. Will have to go on their chat service to try and sort it. Ridiculous.

The perfect gift
A friendly man at the till asked me about my day and we had a lovely conversation about holidays, Easter and Eid. I bought a hoodie for my nephew’s birthday. He said the hoodie was perfect because of how soft it was inside and the length of the arms (covered his hands). My brother would have approved of the hoodie too - he loved Superdry clothing.
