However today I spoke to someone in branch who was sooooooo helpful and she could not have done more ! Sorted it all out in one call and rang me straight back ! Great service
I ordered 3 jumpers for choice and fit. In the end I kept 1 which is absolutely lovely and fits perfectly. The return to shop option worked really well - great staff in the Sheffield shop and my refund was credited back to me literally the next day! Fantastic service!
