Disappointed with my purchase
After previously having a pair of Superdry sliders, which were the comfiest sliders I have ever had, I decided to purchase a new pair for my holiday to Mexico. However, the new sliders were totally different to my previous pair, in that they cut into my big and second toes on both feet, and also marked both of my feet due to the bottom of the slider strip digging into the topside of my feet. Very disappointed with my purchase!

Good quality shirt
Needed to return an item. Store at Meadowhall very helpful. Would have helped though if I could have paid for the return postage by other means than PayPal. The other item I bought is as described and of good quality.

Store customer service
My treatment in store was disgraceful. I told both assistants I was there to pick up my delivery and they both looked blank. I then say my collect and the young woman replied "why didn't you just say that". Then neither would give me her name, sighting company policy. I'm mixed race, dyslexic and 54 years old. It felt like they had an issue with foreigners. I guess that what you get if you employ kids to keep costs down.
