During my recent visit to the Superdry store for a jacket size exchange, I encountered a less-than-ideal experience. Despite understanding and respecting the company's exchange policy, the staff's rigid response, especially due to a broken tag, left me with mixed feelings. The lack of empathy and politeness in explaining the policy detracted from the overall customer service. While policy adherence is crucial, a more tactful and empathetic approach from the staff would significantly improve the customer experience. I hope this feedback is considered constructively for potential staff training to enhance customer satisfaction in the future

Cool Superdry

Popped into Nottingham store looking for a longer version of my Everest cost. Unfortunately I didn’t get the ladies name but she was be helpful ordered me one after lots of trying on . It came and it’s so warm and snuggly . Will wear it to my next rugby game 😊

The customer service was amazing. Staff went all their way to give me attention. The jacket I bought was very nice too.

Staff is very helpful and, nice to customers. I've ordered online a jumper and, I've received it pretty quickly, it was delivered in the shopping C'tre.I love as well my new jumper it is good quality and design.

Bought the wool trousers and blazer half price, collected them from my local Northampton branch and used their changing room to try the fit. All seemed well. When I tried them on the second time I felt I should have gone the next size down in the trousers, I purchased those as well so I was able to compare. Once the second pair arrived in store I collected them and tried both on together in the store. I was able to refund the bigger pair without a hitch. Both the online and in store service was excellent.

Very good collection of jackets, coats and slippers specially flip flops.
Bought a parka coat jacket and its very ruff and tough and keeps you warm as well. Good things is after machine wash it still looks new.

Quick and easy to exchange when I brought the wrong size and delivered free to my home.

Was able to change my online order via the Northampton Superdry store. The store staff were very helpful in looking out similar garments and sent the item back for exchange to a bigger size. The Replacement item arrived very quickly. Good support all round.

No customer service anymore by telephone!!
Was told to send back underwear they sent out wrong until I pointed out a few things then I finally got my money back

Tom ordered my jacket for me in store as the current merch available instore did not have the exact jacket I wanted. He made me aware I could order it for in store delivery also as I was due to be out of town for Easter holidays. I came in to collect my jacket today presented my receipt and was able to collect my jacket without any issue at all.
Thanks to Superdry Northampton team. I am happy with my purchase and service.

I didn’t receive my order! And I needed it for an event! Will not be ordering online from superdry ever again!
