5* staff & customer service from Scarlett at Northampton store!
I bought a hoodie from the Northampton store. There was an issue with it after 1 wash…we took it back to see what could be done, as I didn’t have the receipt….SCARLETT, the store manager was wonderful! - friendly, efficient, helpful, understanding, smiley, chatty….all round perfect! - A shining star & ambassador for Superdry! Nothing was too much trouble as she helped me pick out a replacement…5*+++ Moral of the story? ALWAYS get an e-mail receipt!!

Worst experience with Superdry so far… Ordered two coats, only one came and, because it is not enough to contact them for this, the coat that came was not what I ordered.
