Usually so efficient with their online ‘click and collect’ orders, on this occasion my order had been delivered to store by the courier, but apparently not processed in-store.
I went to collect, only to be told it hadn’t arrived, and I would get the usual text to notify me when it did.
I waited 5 days, but no text. I tried to follow up online, but you apparently sub-contract customer care and I was asked to give my credit/debit card details and pay £1.00, which I did not do.
Instead I phoned the store, and spoke to a very helpful person who followed up on my behalf to discover the issue. My order had been delivered to store when I initially went in to collect.

There must be options for click and collect
every time I perches I have to pay £3.99 delivery charge. There is no option for click and collect so sometime I avoid my shopping..
