Average service at best
I ordered my purchase online and that was quick and easy. The items arrived much faster than expected however the one item was incorrectly tagged and i received the wrong size. I went in-store to exchange the product and the person at the till looked like the life had been sucked out of them. He wasn’t particularly interested in helping me and gave me bare minimum of help. According to him i couldn’t get my money back but could only get a voucher that they may or may not email to me… he couldn’t be sure. Overall a huge fail on customer service.

I found the size chart brilliant, I would normally buy a large but after answering the sizing questions I took the advice and went XL. It fits perfect!
