Products are lovely but the staff in the Gunwharf shop were so miserable. I purchased a hoodie for £45 to then notice when strolling about the centre signage to say two for £60. Superdrys big new promotion. No effort from staff to inform me when buying. 20 mins later we returned, one staff was hesitant luckily the other after me saying “well ill just return it” said yes pay the difference. Staff need retraining. Products are 🔥

Service in the shop was brilliant. Very helpful staff.

The sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable about the coat I was buying. He helped me to choose the right product. I am very happy with my purchase.

Everything was great, no queue in the store, i love the jacket.
The only thing was that the store ran out of large bags. It was not possible to place the long coat in the medium bag and it was very uncomfortable to carry.

Love superdry clothes. Treated myself to two new hoodies. Once home realised the tag (dye tag?) was still on.
Went all the way back to the shop (it’s a 45 min journey) the following week, to be told they couldn’t remove the tag, it came from the warehouse like this! No apology from the young girl behind the desk (and I get it’s not her fault, but an acknowledgment of the inconvenience it had caused would have been nice).
Hoodie luckily exchanged.
I asked if I would get anything as a good will gesture, her reply “no, cause it’s not really our fault”! My reply “well it’s not mine either”! Absolutely rubbish customer service.

I had an excellent experience at the Superdry Outlet in Gunwharf Quays. I was shopping for a thick winter coat, of which there was an excellent selection. The store was tidy and easy to navigate. Ewan was especially helpful. When I was struggling to reach the higher rails, he asked my size and then got down a selection of coats for me to try on, even looking in the store room if my size was unavailable in a particular style. He was very knowledgeable, and talked me through the difference between the various coats and helped me to make the perfect choice. The service was excellent, and as a result I will definitely be shopping in this Superdry store again.

As for the coat itself, the Everest Parka is beautifully warm, has a large number of pockets and is incredibly comfortable. The detachable hood is an excellent feature also. It is true-to-size (which is often not the case in Superdry) and comes in a range of colours (I went for orange, which will keep me visible when walking at night).

Just bought the extra length parka coat my Daughter bought the black one and I tried it out it was like wearing a thick feather duvet amazing so many pockets too.
I bought mine for a trip to Iceland but will use it every weekend for long dog walks too.
£99.99 a bargin fits perfectly for size comparison.

The selection of coats were good for the son. We found one with room to grow that was practical and warm. As well as being a good colour the staff were polite and helpful.

The shop was busy but there was plenty of friendly staff so there was no waiting at the tills. I managed to find the coat in the right size so again needed no assistance. The coat itself fits great, keeps me warm and has sooo many pockets!!

Had a great experience in this outlet. The prices are amazing and the range is also good. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly which made the experience even better. Would highly recommend.

Love that fact that Superdry is more size inclusive. Previously I have had to buy from the mens section due to my bust size but now I can comfortable fit into the women's. Thank you Superdry
