I purcased A sleevless jacket for my son for his birthday ,from Wembley outlet went home and checked it there was A stain mark and I went back again to return it, Assistant manager was so rude and he said its my problem I cant do anything and he just left the jacket and walk away, if he politely explined the policy its A different story its one of the worst customer expirience I ever had I never come to ypur store again and never recomand your product to any of my friends or lelatices ever

Got the sizes I need. Store Assistants were helpful and I ended up buying 6 hoodies and a bunch of T-Shirts at discounted price.

It was at an outlet store. It was fine. The guy on the till was really helpful, but the store assistant I spoke to had difficulty understanding me. I asked her if there were any skirts in the store, but she didn't seem to understand the question.

Amazing products. Looking forward for next shopping experience.

Staff is not good

I have always good experience there and i love all that products thank you for everything

Overall, staff management was satisfactory, though some team members would benefit from training in communication etiquette. I required a Size M item, of which only one was available in a damaged condition. Upon enquiring, a courteous female staff member checked for any spare items in storage, and offered a 20% discount if i had to purchase it. According to outlet policy, an additional 10% discount applies when using the Wembley outlet app. Unfortunately, the billing staff declined to apply this, which was disappointing. Additionally, I was provided a smaller bag than requested, leaving an impolite impression. This experience discouraged me from further purchases, and I decided to shop at another Superdry store in Canary Wharf for my intended items.

I went to store with my wife and it was really good experience everything was perfectly identifiable and perfectly tagged just one more staff is required on floor who can help customer for size and colour which is available on store

Super helpful crew being lead my a great manager… I honestly forgot to get their names however, I must say I was greeted well severed with passion and dedication. Fellow colleagues helping each other to server me etc. I had bought 2 T-shirts and got the wrong size and the manager got it sorted out quickly on my second visit …thanks guys and keep it up …seriously service has been consistently super amazing…and the next time I visit the store Ill make sure I get all you guys names and leave you all a proper feedback…highly recommend this store!!!….cheers!!!!!
