Good service by the staff
Good service by the staff. Had to return an item as it had a small hole in it. No more in store in that size, so staff ordered it for me and it arrived in time for Christmas.

The shirt I bought cost £44.99
The shirt I bought cost £44.99. But when I got home I found out that I could have bought the same shirt from the SuperDry website for around £31. Even with postage costs I would have saved money buying from the Website. The shirt is excellent by the way.

TERRIBLE SUPERDRY SERVICE
Evri “delivered” my parcel over a week ago, when looking at my proof of postage it was a small box like a CD size (obviously not a large puffer coat) and a driveway that was NOT my drive. I contacted evri and they told me to contact superdry as that was the sender to resolve the issue. After 3 emails still NO response from superdry 5 days later. No customer service number. Terrible customer support superdry, hugely frustrating and disappointing. I resulted in calling my local Oxford store for support ( the person who answered was blunt and didn’t care)they said it was my responsibility to sort out not theirs.
