I went today to the Westgate, Oxford Branch with my 5 year old son,A male staff member was on the door was very rude to me and picked twice on my child for touching a coat, and touched the door. Very unprofessional and disrespectful and when I told him I'll complain he dismissed it and waved his hand in manner to get out and didn't care less

Very helpful staff member. When you didn't have the sizes in store your staff member immediately offered to check online and helped me do my order. This made my shopping experience so much nicer.

Bad delivery and customer service
Though I really liked the product I ordered the delivery did not reach me for almost 2 weeks now. I ordered it to the store to prevent any mishappenings. Yet, I had to walk to the store 2 times amidst my college work to enquire about it. And now it has been returned to the sender with a reason "the size did not fit" which is an absolute lie because I did not even receive the product. I contacted the customer service a couple of times and there was no response. Now I am worried about when the refund will land on my card (as I used an international prepaid travel card to do my payment)

The lovely person in your store was very helpful looking for another size when the zip of the skirt I tried was already broken and wouldn’t fully go up :) I didn’t know delivery was free so for them to find the size online to be sent to me was great!
