Bargain. So happy with Longline Gilet jacket and cream. I’m a UK 12/14 with big boobs, and bought the size 12 which is plenty big enough to wear with hoodie on underneath. Very warm!

Good decision
I have been looking at this hoodie for ages, so went into store and tried it on.
Had to go for extra large, size 16, as Superdry sizes do come up smaller.
Great it was 30 % off. Spent ages trying different sizes and colours on
Took a while to find a mirror to see what it looked like.
Staff at till friendly.

Excellent service from the two guys in the store.
Had the wrong size bought for me for Xmas. I took it back to the store without a receipt and they still managed to identify my purchase just by the date and approximate time bought. Gave me a gift card, as they didn’t have my size. Bought online at it arrived in days. Very pleased with the service and the item.

Coats price and condition
Not really happy as the last coat in black that I purchased didn’t have a tag and the other coats same type but different colour was cheaper than the one my daughter wanted, felt like I shouldnt be put in that situation plus the coat was dirty and I noticed that after buying it

Easy to order and pay on line. Delivered promptly to collect in store. Unfortunately purchase didn't fit, so returned for refund in Reading store. No problems at all. Quality item and excellent customer service provided.
