Yeah did well at the tills serving me , but didn’t give me a job though

What made my experience was the level of comfort within the conversation with Petrina we spoke as if we knew oneanother and she helped me pick out the colour that suited me best for a date soon . 10/10 Customer Based Experience

Tidy shop, friendly staff.
Purchased a man's coat.
Not a very good selection of T shirts for women, and none in a size 6.

I had received a gift of a coat through the post . The faux fur collar was very matted. So I thought I would take it back to a shop and see if they would help . I was worried about taking it back as I didn’t have a receipt. A member of staff (Oliver) was so helpful and reassuring. He exchanged it for one he had in the shop with no fuss. He is a credit to the shop . I really enjoyed the experience I had no reason to worry

Petrina at Rushden lakes, was very helpful, polite and friendly. That’s good enough for me to use the shop again. A smile and good customer service gets my business every time.

We had an absolutely brilliant experience at the Superdry store at Rushden Lakes, all thanks to Petrina. She didn’t just help me — she spent real time with my daughter, helping her choose clothes and styling full outfits together. Petrina went well above and beyond, making my daughter feel confident, proud, and genuinely special.

It wasn’t just shopping; it was a really positive experience that meant a lot to us as parents. Petrina’s patience, kindness, and eye for style are outstanding, and she is a huge credit to Superdry. We’ll definitely be back — thank you for making a little girl feel so proud of herself.

Easy to order and swift delivery to my local store.

Came to exchange an item received for xmas that wasn't right for me. Olly and his manager made it extremely easy and were super helpful as i considered various replacements. Great customer service!

We had an issue with a gift voucher which needed resolving. We were served by Patrina who went out of her way to try and resolve the issue for us.

When it couldn't be resolved on the day, Patrina took our details and phoned back first thing Monday to resolve.

Very enjoyable experience at Superdry not been there for many years got fed up with the brand but like what they’re doing now.

Seems great quality at a good price.

I used to have Superdry clothing when I was younger but went off them when the brand started using lots of big logos however having recently brought a military style bomber jacket i was shocked at how good the fit and quality is, especially the inner hoodie zip and outer jacket zip very smart and well designed so I have since gone on to buy more jackets etc as I now love the brand again.

My favourite place to shop is Superdry at Rushden Lakes, Oliver and Petrina are so friendly and helpful and really knowledgeable, I shop here about once a month and always spend at least an hour in the store!

Went to store on the 20th December 2025 and was greeted by Petrina (assistant store leader) and she was amazing, she couldn’t do enough for my son who is 11 and she treated him with respect and care. She even went the extra mile and helped him choose style and colours. Once everything was paid for my son got changed into his new clothes and she even held of going on her break to see him all dressed up and leave with a big smile on his face. Petrina thank you for everything.

Lovely service and was left to browse

We visited the store at the Rushden Lakes with our granddaughter to buy a coat. She couldn't find the one she had seen on line but Oliver a super helpful assistant found the right one in the right size for her and she came away a very happy girl. Very good polite old fashioned service. Well done.
